SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sora Home Care (operated by A.S DIVINY & N HARPER & B.C RUNNALLS). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for our home and wardrobe organization products (including drawer dividers, wardrobe storage bags, and under-bed storage boxes).

1. Processing Time

Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Victorian/Australian public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Notification: You will receive an automated email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
High Volume Periods: During peak promotional periods or holidays, dispatch times may experience minor delays. Please allow additional time in transit. If there is a major delay with your order, we will notify you via email at [email protected].

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size of the items, and destination at checkout. Below are our estimated shipping times:

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship nationwide across Australia using reliable local courier services (including Australia Post and local freight carriers):

International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery to select countries:

New Zealand: 4 – 8 business days
Rest of the World: 7 – 15 business days (depending on local postal and customs processing times)

Please note: Estimated delivery times are provided by courier partners and are not strictly guaranteed. Remote regional areas in Australia may require additional delivery time.

3. Oversized / Bulky Items

Certain large storage items, such as multi-pack under-bed storage boxes or rigid divider systems, may be classified as bulky items. Freight charges for bulky shipments are calculated automatically at checkout based on cubic weight.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Domestic Orders (Australia): Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in applicable order totals.
International Orders: Sora Home Care is not responsible for any international import duties, tariffs, or customs clearance fees levied by your destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to register on the carrier's system.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before completing payment.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office/depot, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery freight charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your storage organizers arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check around your property and with household members or neighbors before reaching out to our support team.
